One Blissful Breath

Wanna glimpse of the crazy gal behind the posts, why not - you're just scrolling anyways Hard truth ~ I do not like to be seen! In video or pictures (which is likely why you haven't seen much of me). ... But here is the other hard truth ~ life is just too damn short to keep hiding my light, so I am thinking of changing things up I am quirky, I am perky, I am goofy ( but have been bullied & shunned bc of this in my youth and adult life & therefore dimmed my light) I am also deeply spiritual, an empath & social introvert (relatively new information, like in the last 3 yrs...lol) I am highly intuitive - but half the time don't know it until I make someone cry (in a good way). I enjoy conversations about soul contracts, spirit guides & angels, energy, universal alignment and of course nutrition I enjoy the vibes & tunes of the 80's/90's/00's I am high energy/talk with my hands and very emphatic when I am passionate about a topic I have been to India & Norway I had an 18 yr career in retail + by an 8 yr career in HR Been in the health & wellness industry since 2015 I started drinking tea at 42 & a Reishi (mushroom) coffee at 50 I am a secret Oracle card lover/reader I spend the first hour of my day reading/listening to something fun & inspirational I have seen Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra & Eckhart Tolle in person I cannot grow a plant for the life of me I do not like to journal at all! But love writing posts (so weird) I like a routine but love going with the flow & seeing the magic each day brings I get bored easily Fall is my favorite time of year followed by Spring I get up around 4am (sometimes earlier) . Wow that felt good to get out So after 51 yrs of trying to figure out why I am so different ~ at least the next 30 yrs I can wear my quirkiness proudly + now YOU know who you are dealing with Have an amazing soul - filled day
