Not gunna lie, the tone up workout this morning made me feel like a badass & super empowered It’s been almost 21 days since I’ve started this early morning workout habit. >>Here are some of the struggles I’ve overcome & some of the benefits I’ve received!... The STRUGGLES; Trying to adjust my sleep schedule from going to bed at 2am or later Creating a BRAND new routine Changing my mindset from I can’t wake up early to I will wake up early because taking the time for me first thing, it’s critical for a successful day Pushing myself to get out of bed with no energy to start with The WINS; Better sleep quality = more energy I wake up typically before my alarm super refreshed and ready to go Improved mood ( this is SO important to me with the mental illnesses I have) Improved communication with others Time to spend moving slowly in the morning and not feeling rushed Quality time with my like-minded girlfriends who push me to reach my goals A habitual schedule to follow (organized life = organized mind) As hard as it may be to start & keep going. The benefits will always overrule the excuses. When you find your why or your purpose it will always be enough fuel, having a supportive community is also key. Some days I feel like I can’t do much more or I haven’t come far enough.. I know a lot of others feel this way too. I just want to take the time to remind you that... >> if you’re putting in the full effort, you’re doing the best you can ** Remember** No one is perfect & the more you start focusing on what you offer. The more happier you’ll be & the more positive you’ll attract. ... Don’t get me wrong, we all have Debbie Doubter come to town and try and sabotage everything you’ve worked on.. just remind her that she has no business in your mind & to leave out the same door she came in. None of us have time to stress over doubt when we’re trying to achieve our goals. I’ve taken the time to reflect because I’ve had sooooo much doubt filling my mind outside of the good moments. It’s up to me to counteract the doubt and replace it with joy. That’s why I show up... I’m ridding limited beliefs and creating the confidence in myself that I’ve wanted for long. Tomorrow I’ve decided to put my mind to the extreme test & push myself through 75 Hard >>> You can fall down 1000x over as long as you keep picking yourself back up. I know this from experience. Life gets tough and other areas of our life take priority; that’s okay friend. Give yourself grace and keeping going. ... A lot of my friends have already completed this challenge or are in the middle of theirs and have built a whole new lifestyle and mental change. It’s given me the drive to do this challenge.
