One Elephant Integrative Health Team is seeking a Registered Massage Therapist to complete our multidisciplinary team. This brand new wellness clinic includes a group of health care providers who work together in an interactive and team-based manner. The current disciplines are psychotherapy, naturopathic medicine, chiropractic medicine, nutrition services, physiotherapy, social work, and massage therapy. The clinic officially opened its doors on December 1st, 2019 and is see...king a Registered Massage Therapist to meet the demands of patients and enhance the busy massage therapy service to deliver comprehensive care. Given the clinic's unique emphasis on collaborative care, the practitioner must be open and willing to work together with other health professionals both internal and external to the clinic. The practitioner is an independent contractor and responsible for the payment of his/her own income taxes, pension contributions, malpractice insurance, benefits and any other taxes or fees he/she may incur. The clinic will provide general clinic liability insurance which covers the practitioner within limits of the insurance. Compensation is a competitive split percentage of total earnings. The clinic provides a standard massage therapy room, linens, laundry on site, reception services, a staff area, standard office supplies, as well as marketing support for the practitioner’s growth. Qualifications: - Registered Massage Therapist, in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario - Possess individual liability and malpractice insurance per college requirements - Comfortable with providing support via virtual tools including video and telephone - Positive, friendly, dependable and hard-working - Thrive in a team-based environment - Have exceptional patient rapport - Be highly proficient in their field - Have experience with marketing and networking endeavours for practice management For more information on the clinic, visit www.oneelephant.ca Only those who are granted an interview will be contacted. She done did it

If we had known then that a few short months after this photo was taken, we would spend the rest of the year 6 feet apart and having team meetings on zoom...#tbt . A LOT has changed since we opened our doors almost one year ago, but one thing has stayed very much the same. Our vision of building a passionate team of providers who are fueled by integrative and collaborative health has stayed rock solid. Our team has grown beyond the smiling faces in this picture - and while we... are itching to get back together for a more updated team shot, we are grateful to still be able to bring our collaborative model to our family of patients, albeit in a different way. #newnormal . We are hopeful, eager and excited for all that is to come for our One Elephant community in the new year!
