Fiber is crucial to a healthy body. Do you know your fiber score? Even if you have no digestive issues ( and most people do in some way or another) fiber can ...support a healthier outcome. I have used a fiber supplement on top of eating well for the last 22 years. I read a book by Dr. Betty Kamen about 21 years ago. There were so many obvious benefits to having high levels of fiber in the diet it just made sense. I use USANA Fibergy every night. Another one of those "don't leave home without it". The trick is taking them out of the tool box and using them.
