Huge shoutout to John who is our wisest client at 61 years young! (side note, this is a 4 week progress NOV- DEC. Unfortunately did not take pictures from his s...tart date) John has not weighed under 200lb since 30 years old.. so do the math. That’s 31 years ago Ayla & myself have dropped him 20lb and he is 2lb away from 199! John has spent years and countless hours in the gym and has not been able to get his weight to move which is why he hired No Limits. Now he has broken his personal records of 200lb bench press, and a 225 deadlift! The 2 biggest things that got him closer to his goals are things we always preach on you guys.. MFP and walking! Another major shoutout to Tony! Tony is a monster man. I’ve only seen strength and size increase like this very rarely. This is 3-4lb pound difference and lo...oks more like 5 of lean muscle mass! NOT HUMAN We brought him up from around 200lb(correct me if I’m wrong) squats to 275 in 4 freakin weeks! Bench press exploded up and same with deadlifts. Absolutely insane. Look at the back muscles. He has grown SO much in 4 weeks. You got to chill Tony, you’re bigger then your coach now
