One Night Stand sends our apologies to our fans and the awesome folks at the Shadow Eagle Bar in Whitby. In five years we’ve only ever had to cancel two shows; both times for illness. (No worries; Steve is well on the mend). We know that a lot of you were looking forward to this event to let off a little summer steam. Even though we didn’t make the show we’re grateful to The Other Guys for filling in for us. Thank you to Ron Del for the last minute sub in. If you’ve nev...er been to the Shadow Eagle it’s Whitby’s best kept secret. There is definitely no place around with that quality of food at those prices. You can’t ask for a more family friendly restaurant. The month of August will be quiet for us allowing the band to enjoy the balance of summer. We’re headed north for a couple of gigs starting August 31 (Charlton Fall Fair) and a private gig in late September. We’re starting to book October now and hope to see you at one of our favourite watering holes after the kiddies are snuggled back in school. We miss you all and hope to see you soon!
