Yes, more than one. The list of what you'd like to remove and any negative feelings that you're dealing with, can and should be ripped up and disposed of when you're finished writing it. I had a conversation today about the after affects of an Energy Healing session, which includes Meditations and Massage for me. I thought I'd share my answer... here, we can all use the confirmation that we're not necessarily crazy, ungrounded or out of control..... The answer is a bit involved. Some people walk away and feel nothing. They don't have any noticeable - to them - after affects. For some people it takes time, for some people they worked it all out in the session and feel good after. Sometimes it all comes out during the session. For others there's: spontaneous crying, even my favorite ugly snot crying, sleeping a bit more, being a bit out of sorts, being cranky, having anger come up from seemingly nowhere, And more, but you get the idea...feelings are normal and after pushing them down or even denying them - they will come out. At the end of every session practitioners will go over the after care: Take it easy on yourself, Rest, Drink a bit more water, Be gentle with yourself, Your dreams might be a affected too, Write out any things that come up. Healing sessions are typically for dealing with deep trauma, so its not unusual that you would feel all of these things. Or also, none of these things. Both are normal responses. Always contact your Energy Healing Practitioner if it's intense or you're unsure/worried about how you're feeling. Honestly, sometimes it can bring up deep feelings that you need to deal with and the Practitioner can act as a sounding board to help you work through it. I've had sessions that left me exhausted and with so many questions to work through. I value the time I've spent (and will continue to spend) doing this Healing work for myself. I've seen the benefits in my life and with those close to me. When I started I was uncomfortable with crying, never mind the ugly snot kind of crying. I felt it was so weak of me to give in to my emotions, actually I found out it was my strength. I had pushed down a life time of crying and anger, which I was now dealing with. So yes, crying before during and after is completely normal. It's a release of those emotions, experiences and times in our lives that we've kept hidden.

The Full Moon is an excellent time to release that which no longer resonates with us, or is not for our best and highest good, and to awaken our intuitive energy for the season ahead. This allows us to grow spiritually and focus on receiving love and abundance. During the full moon, one’s psychic energy is known to increase, and powerful intentions and rituals may be enhanced. November brings us the Beaver Moon. This is a time to reflect on the past year and prepare for the c...oming winter. Starfire Woman will guide you on a journey from movement to stillness and into your inner world, creating space for self-reflection and transformation. What have You learned from this past year? How will you prepare for the cold days of "going within." An essential part of this Ceremony is your preparation for this meditation. Take time in the days before we come together, to make a list of all the things that no longer serve you. You may want to change certain ways of thinking or behaving, relationship or work issues. Write these down and bring them with you to meditate on and release. You will burn these in a Sacred Fire following the meditation. We begin with a Smudging Ceremony to open Sacred Space. Each Meditator will be gifted a crystal. Following the guided meditation, Starfire Woman will create a healing sound-bath to cleanse and balance your Chakras & Aura. You'll be grounded by her native drum, ocean drum & thunder tube. You'll be cleansed by her 4 Directions Buffalo Rattle. Then, you'll be enveloped in the pure tones of her quartz crystal heart chakra singing bowl and the amazing quartz crystal singing pyramid. Your Spirit will delight in the ethereally melodic sounds of 5 Zaphir Chimes and 15 antique brass bells. Please bring your own drinking water in an earth-friendly container, your sacred items to be smudged, a separate, wide-mouthed jar of water to create "Moon Water." (A mason jar is ideal for this.) You may wish to bring your journal and pen. If it is your Path, you are welcome to bring your Sacred Bundle or Mesa. We respectfully require Meditators to be "scent-free." TIME: Kindly arrive no earlier than 6:45 for registration. Meditation will begin at 7:00. ENERGY EXCHANGE: $35. (Exact change please.) Be sure to change the "Interested" button at the top of the page to "Going". It keeps me organized.
