Tuesday is bone broth day in my house. Why? Because Wednesday is ‘green bin’ collection day.... I make this weekly, year round using primary chicken bones but I save other bones to add into the pot. This week, I’ve got some duck bones to add so I’m expecting great flavours! Bone broth is a great source of collagen as well as glycine and glutamine.
