Huli-huli Chicken is a grilled chicken dish in Hawaiian cuisine. At Ono Poke we dress it up with Furikake rice, house-made pineapple BBQ sauce, topped with sweet and savory pineapple salsa. - For some of you that like to cook and stay in the safety and comfort of your own home we are giving you our Huli-huli Chicken recipe : Huli-huli spice rub : -300g paprika ... -200g ground ginger -200g onion powder -200g garlic powder -200g chilli powder -100g cumin -100g salt -25g black pepper -25g cayenne pepper Mix all the above ingredients together. Rub it on the chicken ( use any part of the Chicken you prefer, thighs are usually juicier) Marinate for at least 2 hours. The longer the better. Bake at 350F on low fan for 45 minutes. ( You can also grill it on the BBQ ) Baste with pineapple BBQ sauce. Serve with Pineapple salsa or whatever your taste buds crave! E ' ai kakou!
