Sports are back!! And we couldn't be more excited! We have updated our 'Return to Sport' guidelines and Risk Mitigation documents in accordance with the Ontario Government's newest 'Returning to Our Plan to Safely Reopen Ontario' measures. Since pushing is such a big part of the game, it is important to train pulling exercises in the gym to avoid developing imbalances, which can potentially lead to injuries
