William is a 7th grade student at Loyola High School, and when he was asked to do some volunteer work he choose to do a food drive for On Rock!! And we are so pleased & amazed at how much he collected...thank you William & to all those who contributed we so appreciate it!!! -

Three students from West Island College decided to help out a local food bank - so they organized a food bank, and we were the lucky ones they choose! Thanks to Cooper for dropping off the generous donations and, to his friends Jaxon and Ryder for also helping with organizing the food drive!!

Barbara one of our long term volunteers who is always providing us with so much help & of course lots of laughs!!! With the arrival of winter again today, she decided to make us a snowman . Thanks Barbara - we love you!!

I love watching people come together to help others, that they don't even know. Saturday, We did an outdoor Clothes sorting, so that we could donate summer clothes to St. Vincent and the Grenadines volcano assistance. We had so many volunteers step up that we had to turn some away. I called up my friend at Wael, Al Quds Grillades on Gouin and asked if he could help me feed 28 hungry volunteers. He jumped on it and provided chicken, beef and veggie wraps for everyone. Thank you to all who stepped up to make this day a success. If you haven't tried AlQuds, you are missing out.

#turkeytrot2020 brought in 150 extra turkeys! So, we share with others who take care of those in need. 70 turkeys shared with #hilariousriders who will make sure they go to people who need them. #teamunicorn
