With an increase of mental health cases reported particularly in light of the challenges surrounding COVID work place violence is on the rise. If you are an employer remember it is your responsibility to protect your employees and yourself from work place violence. Violence comes in many forms. Harassment, verbal abuse, intimidation, and even physically abuse. As nurses and employers we wear two hats. Employers ensure you have a workplace safety protocol in place to include an action plan.
