Today would have been the first day of FanExpo... And as much as we miss seeing everyone, we are happy that everyone is being safe, social distancing and wearing masks. We know that things might seem different and difficult recently, but know that we will all make it through in the long haul.... What we miss most of all, is each other. Your Ontario Ghostbusters have been doing their part to make sure that we are keeping within our social circles and families - we haven’t seen each other since our annual meeting in January! We’ve been looking forward to celebrating 10 years of Niagara Falls Comic Con with you over the last year of planning to put on our best event yet. Unfortunate...ly, based on the current COVID-19 pandemic that is present both in Ontario and around the world, we’ve made the decision to postpone Niagara Falls Comic Con 2020 for the safety of our fans, vendors, guests and volunteers. Dear Friends, Families and Followers, We decided to change up our logo to help reflect some things we care strongly about. The Ontario Ghostbusters have always been a group that wanted others to feel welcomed in any way, shape or form. Though we did not initially post anything and more so focused on our personal accounts, the Black Lives Matter movement is something that we strongly support. We believe that everyone should be treated equally and fairly regardless of their ski...n tone and hope that we may soon see a world where this is a truth - until then, we will do our best to support those in this fight with us and create a safe space for those to express themselves. During this Pandemic, we also believe that everyone deserves to feel safe. As the country begins to open up and return to a ‘new’ normal, we encourage you to think of the health and safety of yourself and others. Please wear a mask or approved face covers in spaces where social distancing is not possible. We want to see everyone safe and happy when we can see you again.
