So I took that crispy bacon and added it to some apple log smoked goats cheese with some fire roasted pencil hot peppers and roasted garlic. Added some seasonin...gs and mixed it all up. It be a tasty dip for the holiday season. you can roll it into a ball and make a cheese ball and roll it in extra crispy crunchy bacon bits or you can go easy and put it in a bowl and use it as a dip for crackers, chips, bread and vegetables.
