Martin Dyke ... the original owner of "Port Whitby Marine Supplies" and "Skippers Choice"... known and appreciated by literally thousands of boaters throughout Ontario has lost his battle with cancer. This is about the saddest news that I could receive right now. I've been a friend and customer for about 35 years. For about 10 years I would place boater parts/accessory orders with Martin and pick them up every few days. I'd bring him a medium black coffee every time ... and m...ost days we'd go for lunch while I was down from my boat. I joined him in his boat show booth several years. His Trojan is for sale on my website. He was unique in his knowledge and hundreds of boaters will be saddened by his passing ... as am I. NEW LISTING Last year the 1973 Alwest we had listed sold in lass than 2 weeks. This Aluminum hull 1972 has had every system upgraded and both engines and the generator have been rebuilt. There is a 2018 survey and this boat will sell just as quickly.
