I find it very relaxing to take an early jog with headphones blaring with music. I love Eminem and modern musicals, like Hamilton. So I often listen to this kind of genre just to drown out everything else. It makes me feel alive. 2) What’s your biggest dream vacation? Ever since I started working, I’ve never had any vacations of any sort. So my dream vacation isn’t even ‘big’ . I just want to take a time off with my husband and daughter. Stay in a hotel with pool access. Ideally near the city so we can do some fun things and enjoy good food. 3) Favourite movie? 50 First Dates! 4) Favourite American Band and Song? No particular band but I like 100 years by Five for Fighting. 5) If you have unlimited money what would you buy? I would love to buy a small house with a porch and a flower garden. A car! An up to date computer set, L-shaped table and the most comfortable chair in the world. The most expensive inpods and a coffee-maker. Also the cutest Teddy Bear dog for my daughter. A buyers list is essentially the list of potential buyers you have for any wholesale deals you lock up. This is why you see so many wholesalers encouraging people to sign up to their website to get access to deals. They are working on building their buyers list. The more eyes/people you have looking at a deal, the more likely you'll be able to find a buyer for the deal. The larg...er the buyers list, the easier it it will be to wholesale a deal. Wholesaling is NOT just finding good deals. Having a discounted product is obviously essential, but if you don't have a flood of buyers taking a look at it at the deal, it could become almost impossible to find someone to wholesale it to. For example, a Black friday deal for a local store could be 90% off all items. This would be the greatest deal in the city! If the store has a small buyers list then not many people will be aware of the great deals. Thus no matter how good the deal is, the company will still have a hard time selling their goods because people are unaware of their products. Real estate wholesaling is an active income strategy that investors use to make big profits. Real estate wholesaling has NOTHING to do with selling real estate in large quantities. A real estate wholesaler typically enters an agreement to purchase a property with a seller of a distressed property or in a distressed situation. Thus, this typically results in the purchase of a property below fair market value. The wholesaler then assigns this contract to another interested b...uyer before the property closes. The wholesaler makes a profit by finding a buyer willing to purchase the home at a price higher than the amount agreed upon by the original contract between the distressed seller and original buyer. The difference in price is the wholesaler's profit . Let's say a homeowner has a property he never thought he could sell because it's fairly distressed. The owner may not have enough resources to fix it up himself, but continues to live in it, thinking he'd never get a fair price for it. Enter the wholesaler, who approaches the homeowner with an offer. Together, they agree to put the house under contract for $90,000. Using his network of investors, he finds an eager buyer at $100,000. He assigns the contract to this investor, who then has a profitable fixer-upper project. The wholesaler makes a $10,000 profit without ever owning the home.
