Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) and passenger vehicle drivers need to share the road. To change lanes: -Check your mirrors for space in traffic. If a CMV is behind you, remember to leave lots of extra room in case they need to come to a stop. -Check your blind spot. -Signal.... -Check again. -Steer gradually into the lane and do not slow down. Either maintain the same speed or gradually increase your speed as you change lanes. See more

Combat wounds are not always physical, and psychological injuries can affect soldiers long after they’ve left the battlefield. Operation Leave the Streets Behind was developed to support veterans who face homelessness. Working with our partners including Toronto Police, Royal Canadian Legion and Veterans Affairs Canada, we can address specific needs which may include food, shelter or clothing.
In honour of Remembrance Day, we recognize the strength and courage displayed by Canada’s veterans as they fought for our freedom, and thank those who continue to serve our country with the Canadian Armed Forces. Join us at 10:45am for the virtual ceremony: facebook.com/canadianlegion

By educating Ontarians on this dark chapter of our history, we can ensure that it never happens again

When approaching a stopped school bus with its stop arm or overhead red lights flashing, you are required to stop. Failing to do so is dangerous and could cost you $400-$2,000. If the road has a median strip separating the directions of travel, traffic approaching from the front is not required to stop.
