The plaque reads: Purja Purja Katt Marre Kabu Na Shade Khaet Sikh Relief presents this award in honour of the life and supreme sacrifice made by Gurmukh Pyara Amar Shaheed Bhai Jugraj Singh Ji Khalsa.
