We are currently looking for a full time welder to start immediately. The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes; Grade 12 education or equivalent is an asset; Minimum of 2 years of experience welding including MIG/TIG, Stick, Aluminum, Cast Iron, Cast Steel, and Mild Steel; CWB tickets are an asset; Ability to interpret welding process specifications;... Capable of setting up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products; Ability to read and interpret welding blueprints, drawing specifications, manuals, and processes; Has the capacity to examine welds and ensure that they meet set out standards and specifications; Ability to work in a team environment; Capable of heavy lifting; Attention to detail; Ability to work in a fast pace environment. Thank you to everyone for all your help and support last week. We are extremely lucky to live in a community that cares so much about each other. Thank you to the four individuals (you know who you are) that were in the right place at the right time. Thank you to the fire, EMS, police and Stratford General Hospital for ensuring everyone was quickly treated. Because of all these people, we are happy to say we are back open for business this week.
