It looks like @maxemm_bbq is making some east coaster’s proud by creating one of their signature dishes the Donair! Well seasoned ground beef is wrapped up in a pita with toppings such as diced tomatoes, diced onion, and topped with its traditional sweet and garlicky Donair sauce.

With meat, the cut matters as much as how you cook it. With so many different cuts of beef to choose from we can understand how picking the right one for the way you want to cook it can be daunting. Follow our tenderness guide, remember if you are cooking a mostly tender cut it only needs to be cooked long enough to make it safe to eat and develop good flavour. If it’s a mostly tough cut it will need ample time for connective tissue to break down. Every cut has its own needs and we are here to help.
