On the Town wishes all our friends, guests and partners a safe, healthy and joyous holiday season. We look forward to safely reuniting with you in 2021! Please give generously to help those in our community. This year we are supporting the City of Toronto's COVID-19 Response to provide needed supplies and services to the most vulnerable. https://www.toronto.ca//covid-19-how-yo/covid-19-donateto/
The health and safety of our guests and employees is always paramount. In light of the continually evolving situation with COVID-19, we are not accepting any online bookings for March 16-April 16. These dates may be revised as circumstances change. Any bookings that have been made for the 2020 season can be cancelled for a full refund. We reserve the right to deny participation on any tour or excursion to any guests who present with symptoms such as cough, fever, etc. During this hiatus, we invite you to enjoy one of our Downloadable Walking Tours that you can safely enjoy on your own outside in the fresh air! Explore the city while maintaining "social distancing." Available on the VoiceMap app on Itunes or GooglePlay.
On the Town Tours wishes all our partners and guests a healthy and happy holiday season. In appreciation for your support during 2019, we've made a generous donation to Out of the Cold (outofthecold.org), an interfaith organization that extends compassion and community to the city's most vulnerable population.
