A few days ago the world lost one of the kindest people I have ever met. Ask anyone who ever met Sathi and all will say he had the most amazing laugh and gentle soul. If Sathi had one downfall in life I would say it was that he cared to much about everyone else and not himself. Since 2004 when we first started Pearl we were never fortunate enough to have a bartender at his level. I say this respectfully of course but Sathi was a true wizard when it came to mixology. Angela and I are honoured to have had the chance to work with him but even more honoured to have him as a friend. All of your family at ONYX loves you. Rest in peace good friend you will forever be missed.
