If you have youth between these ages, book them and your other members of your household who have not yet received their first dose into a Pfizer clinic at phu.fyi/covid-vaccine Once you are vaccinated, continue to practice physical distancing, wear a mask, and stay home if you have symptoms or have been directed to by public health. Otherwise, only leave your home for essential reasons. Let’s get there sooner. Get vaccinated.

Le vaccin Pfizer est disponible aux jeunes 16 et 17 ans qui ne peuvent pas travailler de la maison et sera bientôt offert à tous jeunes de 12 à 17 ans. We cannot stop the spread without your continued help and vigilance. We ask that you STAY HOME and continue to follow public health measures whenever you must leave the house for essential reasons and essential work. We ask that you get vaccinated as soon as possible if you are 18+. Pfizer vaccines are available for 16-17 years old who cannot work from home and will also soon be offered to all youth 12-17 years old.
