What a Fantastic event ! We believe in showing videos fails as well as huge successes. It is important to see the work that goes into to being a Parkour athlete. Newbies learnt Pk skills from coaches. Meet new friends. Great to see old friends back. Sam, Alex, and Hawk. Thanks to the Mark Selby for creating the challenges. Everyone left with a prize, a smile, a new move, and a desire to get better.... Have a fantastic spring break !

World's Biggest Keep off the Lava PARKOUR Jam Spring break Monday March 27 It will be huge ! Come down and enjoy the evening of contests, prizes, music, and friends. Monday open gym from 9 to 11 will be cancelled till end of February due to low attendance. We will review again for march. Wednesday and Friday on as usual. We will have some weekend opportunities very soon.
