Look deeply into where your actions from your thoughts arise from... We just automatically think its our brains, producing a thought, from somewhere in our neural pathways...... Or more often, we just act on a thought, without even thinking where or why, it even arose, in the first place... Usually we have, what I call a team of thoughts, that work to get us through the day, so we just use this team over and over again... Observe this in yourself and others without any judgement... Just observe, that it exists and exists everywhere, in every language and every culture.. But back to basics... Why these thoughts... Why those specific neural pathways... Go beyond the 100 trillion neural connections of your brain... Yes 100 trillion... What is the deepest Reality of a thought.... How many truly, really truly, original thoughts have you ever had... Heres how to have a few... When we talk of emptiness of mind it means quieting down the busy chattering going on in these networks that we sometimes call the monkey mind... Advanced meditators do this all the time. Even under scientific observation... You can too... Just practice a bit, then a bit more, then more until you control your thoughts by only attaching attention to the ones that arise, that trulyresonate with you... Eventually you can create original thoughts that you want to arise, in your Conscious Awareness... Then with intention, Consciously act,without attachment, on just those thoughts...
