A Salt Spring success story! A Salt Spring board game designer, Mike Cassie, meets a mobile game series creator, Paul Pattison and "Weirdwood Manor is born. It all happened thanks to a fortuitous meeting via Salt Spring Digital. Mike Cassie, whose board game is now in production, says the creative economy on the island is taking off. "The degree of talent has grown significantly since I moved here; I have many friends and colleagues I've worked with here in the digital world." And thanks to the collaboration between Paul Pattison from Relish Entertainment and Mike Cassie, we can now see our #creativeeconomy grow in leaps and bounds. Look for their Kickstarter launch next year. Happy #BCEcDevWeek in BC! Relish Studios #SaltSpringIsland #EDW2021
