Here is an exciting project that we’re working on. A highly efficient module home constructed out of shipping containers. The heating and cooling will be provided by a high efficiency geothermal heat pump while an HRV will be used to bring in outdoor air. Our team has been working on the mechanical and electrical design for a townhouse project located in Toronto. The project consists of two blocks of townhouses with 16 units in total. Since these units have 4 above grade levels, the project is considered a part 3 building.
