Reminder! ***Deadline for the essay contest is Feb 8th***

I've just been advised that someone thought it is was okay to cut the lock off our Cruise storage shed located at the Metrolinxs parking lot, and "borrow ???" our 4 tables, 4 chairs, 12 pylons, and green wagon. This equipment has been safely stored in this shed for some 10 plus years. I just don't understand why people think it's okay to take something from an organization that is simply trying to support the community. If you want to return what you "borrowed??" equipmen...t, please PM us and we will gladly pick them up. Unfortunately, the COVID crisis has cancelled all of our fundraisers and we aren't in a position financially to replace this equipment. This is a real blow to my heart.

They are so much better looking without their masks on. This is some of the wonderful group of Milton Optimist Members that deliver food to those in need and host our Food for Life Outreach program Wednesday (4 -6pm) at the Milton Sportsplex. Our mission is that no one goes hungry. ... No paperwork to complete, no questions to answer. No need to be embarrassed. Members of the Optimist Club of Milton are not required to volunteer a certain amount of time per month or year. Members participate when they can, as long as they can, if they can. Family first !

A huge THANK YOU to goTRG located here in Milton. They contacted us last week to tell us that they had 2 gaylords (aka large oversized watermelon bins) full of toys to donate. Estimated value of $ 8k. Today we picked up the toys and deliver them to the PackaBag Foundation. These toys will most certainly bring big smiles to many children

The Optimist Club of Milton has started an Outreach Program in support of the Food for Life Program whereby people in need can pick up a bag of food (mainly produce), no questions asked.
