Several federal and provincial supports are available to help seniors through the pandemic, including: One-time, tax-free payment of $300 for seniors eligible for Old Age Security with an additional $200 for seniors eligible for the Guaranteed Income Supplement. A $300 COVID-19 Crisis Supplement for 3 ...months until June 2020 to those who receive the BC Seniors Supplement. A one-time special GST payment in April, providing an average of $375 to single seniors and $510 to senior couples.
