Check out the work we did for @gwlra replacing the Chiller, Cooling Tower, Heat Exchanger, and Pumps at 5 Park Home Ave, North York. This Project required a City Street Closure Permit enabling a very detailed one-day crane lift to remove and dispose of old equipment and hoist all new.

We are excited to share an update on our project for Toronto Research Chemicals Inc. We are pleased to be working with Allyant Design & Construction to help complete the Level 2 Production Lab addition, providing all of the new mechanical services. Completion is expected this November with the roof top Make-up Air Units and much of the supporting piping and duct work already installed. #PeoplePassionPerformance #buildingrelationships

OPUS is pleased to share a project we have recently completed for Patheon. Our work included replacement of the rooftop Make-up Air Unit including all associated piping and ductwork.
