Morning I wanted to share with all of you this morning my new favourite GO-TO breakfast. Being celiac and plant-based, I fell into a breakfast rut. Coconut yogurt and granola and smoothies we’re getting old. In comes this PRIZE WINNING avo toast to save that savoury breakfast craving. @northernbakehouse chia and millet bread avocado drizzled with @nonnapias balsamic reduction sprinkled with sesame seeds and @clubhouse.ca savoury Mediterranean gf spice mix - this spice mix is insanely good. It makes everything taste like pizza.

Looking for a healthy sweet treat to make this Valentine’s day?? Well I’ve got you covered. These no bake cookies are refined sugar free, vegan and gluten free (and approved by my office friends) . . . These cookies are based on @frommybowl ‘s no bake chocolate turtle cookies with a few modifications. .... Recipe// cookie base: 1 cup walnuts, 1/2 gluten free rolled oats, 1/3 cup cocoa powder, 3 tbsp tahini, 1 cup mejool dates softened in hot water for 10 minutes, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp salt. Mix this in a good processor until well incorporated into a dough. - Caramel centre: 1/2 cup coconut sugar, 1/4 coconut milk, 1 tbsp tahini, dash of salt. Heat into a sauce pan until it thickens. - Make the cookies into disks and press your thumb in the centre. Pour in the caramel sauce into the centre and refrigerate until ready to serve. I used coconut butter mixed with some raspberry juice for the drizzle on top. . . See more

CINNAMON SWIRL GF VEGAN PANCAKES- I have officially made the best gf and vegan pancakes everrrr. It’s been a long time of trial and error up until this moment. The texture is spot on which is always a struggle with gluten free. This recipe is based on @bunner ‘s with a few tweaks as well as @frommybowl ‘s recipe for cinnamon swirl pancakes. ............................................... Pancakes: 1 cup soy milk, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1/2 cup potato starch, 1/2 cup @bo...bsredmill garbanzo and fava flour, 3 tbsp tapioca, 1 tbsp coconut sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp xanthan gum, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce, 2 tbsp melted coconut oil, 1 tsp vanilla. Instructions: Combine soy and apple cider vinegar and set aside. Combine all dry ingredients and all wet ingredients separately. Mix wet into dry and then add soy vinegar mixture and set aside for 15 minutes. ... Cinnamon swirl: 1 tbsp maple syrup, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tsp cinnamon.
