Dear customers & friends, With COVID-19 on everyone’s mind, we wanted to reach out directly to say that Orange Sport Supply Inc. is monitoring the situation very closely, just as all of you are. Our goal, like yours, is to flatten the curve and to minimize the spread of this fast acting virus. Our North Vancouver warehouse is currently open and shipping orders; our current hours are Mon-Fri 8am-4pm. Please bear in mind that these hours may change at any moment should our gov...ernment make any announcements or updates. We will do our best to inform you through email and our social media channels if that happens. If there is product that you need from us for a repair, for stock, or for a special order, we are here for you. Our B2B shows our current and accurate inventory levels and our sales staff are available by phone and email. Our couriers (Purolator & Canpar) are picking up daily, and we have seen little to no delay in delivery times across Canada. We have taken measures to ensure that our office is sanitized and any staff that can work from home are doing so. At this time, we request that any pick up orders are given an adequate amount of time to pick, pack and invoice appropriately and safely.
