To our valued patients, Please be advised that starting Tuesday August 4th, 2020 our hours will be extending to 9am-8pm with walkins being from 9am-6:30pm depending on the amount of patients already registered waiting to be seen. To our valued patients Please be advised that starting Monday June 1st our hours will be extending to 9-5 with walkins being from 9-3:30 depending on the amount of patients already registered waiting to be seen. We will still be closed on Saturdays for now. We have taken precautions in clinic to protect patients and staff to limit the spread of COVID19 as follows: - We have installed plexiglass barrier on the front desk. - When patients check in, if they are unable to mainta...in a 6 feet sitting distance with patients in the waiting room, they can wait in their vehicles until it is time for them to be roomed, in which at that time we will call them to come in and be roomed. Alternatively, you can wait outside our Employee only entrance door and we will bring you in when we are ready to room you. - When patients check in and there are available empty rooms, patients are to be roomed right away to minimize waiting time and exposure in the waiting room. - Patients can present their HC when checking in by raising it to the front glass; they do not necessarily need to give it to the front staff unless otherwise needed (not validating, etc). - All toys and magazines will be removed from the waiting rooms and patient rooms. To our valued patients Hoping this post finds everyone safe and well. Unfortunately due to the ever changing status of the current medical situation we are sorry that we have to decrease our clinic hours further. As of today Friday March 27 the clinic hours will be Monday to Friday 9am-1:30pm for walkins and closed on Saturdays. We will reassess the situation as further updates are received. Again here at OUC we strive to deal with the issues as they come but please if you a...re showing symptoms, suspect you have or have come into contact with a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19, please do not come into the clinic instead call Public Health @1-800-265-7293 and they will direct you as to what your next steps should be.
