In an effort to continue our role as an essential service, as well as ensuring the safety of our staff, we have made many requests of you.... We have asked that you keep your visits as short as possible, to ensure that we do not have too many people in the store at one time. It is important that we do what we can to maintain safe distancing between customers and employees, for the health and safety of all inside our store. We stated, in line with our Federal and Provincial Government, that people should not be out in public if they are sick, have travelled or have been told to self isolate - specifically to protect our staff and customers. We have enhanced our phone, pick up and delivery service to make sure we can continue to serve you efficiently and safely during this time of crisis. We have respectfully insisted that all customers abide by proper social distancing protocol, recommended at two metres, while inside our store. Finally, we have requested that families designate one individual to complete the shopping so as to avoid having large crowds of people inside the store at one time. The response from you, our most valued customers, has been incredible. Your positive feedback has been welcomed and appreciated. Your support over the past few weeks as we have adjusted to new situations, has been nothing short of phenomenal. Orangeville is an amazing community with truly amazing people.
