We are currently on pause! The BC Government has put out a new update to the mandate, saying that all group fitness classes need to temporarily stop until the new guidelines come out. Please bare with us while we wait for guidance and then we will work hard and fast to apply the new rules to our COVID protocols so we can be back boogying with you in no time. ... We have cancelled our classes tonight and tomorrow to allow us some time to get ourselves ready as the new mandate comes out. For now, we have multiple live online classes available for you to join, we also have open gym and studio time for you to take advantage of. Check the app or the online schedule and register for your time and come workout or flow on your own. You must sign up ahead of time as there is limited space. Meet OOD & Virtual Instructor Jen! Hey guys! My name is Jen and I am a HUGE lover of fitness. It all started when I was young-my parents had enrolled me in every sport you can imagine: from soccer to basketball, equestrian, karate, swimming, the list goes on! I played on several competitive teams before being recruited to play volleyball in college. After I graduated and competitive sports were practically eliminated from my daily routine, I began going to the gym. I was l...iving in Boston at the time and slowly grew my TRIBE of fitness loving friends through a variety of group fitness classes. Before I knew it, I was certified to be a kickboxing instructor and then obtained my cPT accreditation through ACSM. I then moved to Calgary when I met my husband and continued to participate and often volunteer to teach group fitness classes throughout town. Now, with 2 young sons, I am getting back to teaching because I LOVE IT SO MUCH! Fitness has been and will always be a major part of my life because it makes me happy, healthy and I get to be around like-minded people. I look forward to seeing you in class!

We are happy to announce we are back open for in studio classes starting Wednesday December 16th! You will be able to sign up for classes starting Tuesday Dec 15th at 2:00pm. The new guidelines for group fitness came out today and we are happy to announce that we have already been doing the majority of the requirements. We are allowed to resume low intensity exercise, this includes classes like yoga, Pilates, strength training, and barre. You will still be able to get a grea...t workout in! Exercise is more important than ever to keep not only our bodies healthy, but also our minds. We want to make sure everyone is safe, healthy and happy during this time; we will get through this together! Thank you to everyone for sticking with us, you are the reason this studio is here and running. We are so happy to be opening and seeing you all again. There is hope on the horizon for us to all boogie like we use to again in the new year. But until then, we are happy to see you all for our "low impact" classes!
