Wholeheartedly agree we need a paradigm shift from a growth model to a social progress model. And I believe the excellence community can play an important role as excel...lence models provide support for sustainability (social, economic, environmental) and professionals can help strengthen the government, business and non-profit sectors. This work cannot be done alone. How is Saudi Arabia doing? The ‘First Global Assessment on the Current State of Organizational Excellence’ (April 2019) provided a snapshot of organizations around the world by size, industry sector and region. It captured the extent to which organizations had a culture committed to excellence and had deployed best management practices common to high performing organizations https://organizationalexcellencespecialists.ca//global-oe/ This past year, we have assembled reports... on some of the high responding countries. Several members of the Organizational Excellence Specialists team have contributed to this blog Dawn Ringrose from Canada and Daniel Correia from Portugal.
