This is an introductory trailer for the Video Archive of the Orgone Biophysical Research Lab. It will eventually contain a large amount of historical and documentary materials on Wilhelm Reich's life and work, as well as lecture and seminar videos on the subjects of his biophysical research, and newer scientific studies that verified his work. This archive is only now getting started, with the first batch being videos from a 2015 seminar held at Southern Oregon University. They Burned Books in the US -1957 of Dr. Wilhelm Reich's works! Lucky his daughter Eva and Son-in-law saved his original works in another country after a 30 year ban on Orgone Accumulators they were reprinted. Dr. Reich died 'in prison' just weeks before his release. This book written in 1953 has amazing similarities today! Wow. Enjoy. Often regarded as one of his best works, the ...novel presents a future American society where books are outlawed and "firemen" burn any that are found. The book's tagline explains the title: "Fahrenheit 451 the temperature at which book paper catches fire, and burns..." Just sharing an interesting comment on Reich's book... "I am a functional Metaphysician. Don't let that throw you. W. Reich was a bio-psychiatrist. Not a theoretician, but also a functional scientist. He practiced what worked and discovered that a model of Ether proved functionally useful in the arts of healing mental and physical illnesses. In this 5-minute video, Dr. Patricia Frisch, founder and director of the Orgonomic Institute of Northern California, explains Reichian Therapy, also called Orgonomy or Orgone Therapy. Orgonomy is a body-mind therapy that was founded by Dr. Wilhelm Reich who was a student of Freud. Orgone therapy addresses both our personality and our body’s responses; the habitual ways we walk, talk and relate. It impacts our body-mind so that we can move feelings from our thoughts and release them through physical exercises such as yelling, pounding or crying so that our body becomes balanced.
