Our Republic Newfoundland and Labrador is not a political party, we do not endorse any political political party, but we encourage everyone to go out and vote for whoever they deem the best for NLs future, Our Republic is just a political interests group that advocates for NL Sovereignty, a hybrid Republic/Democracy similar to Switzerland, we encourage Libertarian leaning ideas, lower taxes, less red tape, fair representation for every corner of NL. During times when things s...eem perilous, do not let that discourage you from voting, if you are in the area you vote in NL, NL is the safest place in the world right now to go out anywhere, going to a polling station should be the safest thing to do right now. If you are out of Province you can vote with a special ballot, and the link will be down below , ORNL does not support the concept that the Government should hold general elections at whim where it can become abusive and opportunistic to catch other Parties and Independent Candidates off guard. We advocate that every general election should be prescribed on a certain date and that it should be a Constitutional Law to prevent any government from holding elections when ever and at such short notice, we believe that the intent behind this practice of snap elections observing all Westminster systems in the Commonwealth Realm are done for the interest of a particular Party and not for the People who would probably like to see more options on the ballot.
