Happy New Year OAA! We are so excited to be starting virtual classes this Thursday! We miss our athletes so much . All classes are free for the month of Jan. In addition to these classes, Leah is offering an Adult fitness class on Mondays from 6-645 and an adult spin class on Wednesdays from 6-7pm, starting next week (spin bike required). Are you in?!

Introducing Chris! Chris coaches our teen recreational trampoline and tumbling programs at OAA. Chris studied Electronics Engineering as well as Fitness & Health Promotion . He has a background in martial arts and tumbling. He is so happy to be apart of the #oaafam. Fun Fact - Chris began gymnastics at 20 and tumbling at 30+. There's the motivation you need to try something new!!... Favourite thing about coaching at OAA - Helping athletes achieve their goals and seeing how happy they are when they do.
