We are excited that on August 4th we will be reopening the use of our computers for self-directed job search! In order to ensure the safety of our staff and clients, we will be implementing the following guidelines. Due to the importance of following these guidelines, OVRC staff will provide one warning of not following these guidelines. Any issues after will result in losing self-directed computer use privileges. Email any questions or concerns to the attention of the Execu...tive Director Keith Robinson at [email protected]. 1. Clients can book computers in one-hour slots with a maximum of two hours. 2. Computer times can be accessed only for job search use, with no exceptions. 3. Clients using computers must properly wear face masks when using computers. 4. Clients must follow all COVID Hygiene Protocols. 5. Clients must stay in their own space and not move around the centre other than using the restroom. 6. Staff will bring any printed material to your space. There will be no access to the photocopier. 7. Clients need to understand that staff will not be able to assist with any computer issues; it is impossible to maintain a six-foot distance when providing computer assistance. 8. Clients must work independently without outside support. NO DROP-IN COMPUTER USAGE TIMES MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE.
