PreCon Precast has just completed work on the two Van Der Graff North Buildings in Brampton, Ontario for Harrington & Associates. Strescon’s Precast Division has provided a special kind of beam to the Maine Department of Transportation. This new beam is called a New England Extreme Tee "NEXT Beam". These beams are part are the second part of a two part project for the contractor Wyman & Simpson / Maine Dept of Transportation. The NEXT Beam contains specific distances, to accommodate the movement, vibration of traffic and temperature fluctuations, and is being utilized in Chesterville, Maine. Strescon Limited is proud to be a part of this project.

The Saint John Regional Y (YMCA of Greater Saint John) has officially been open for 5 years! FCC Construction broke ground on this project in March of 2014 and finished on schedule for the Y to open its doors to the public in September of 2015. Our company is proud to have served as the construction manager for this beautiful facility. The Y has been, and will continue to be a vital part of our community!
