School After School, a non profit Society, is again tutoring Elementary students and we can certainly use help from someone able to spare some time to help students out with math and/or reading. School After School was a successful grant applicant for the Community Giving Fund from the Osoyoos Credit Union and this money will help us to buy needed additional education tools such as laptops, whiteboards & supplies! Two fantastic pieces of news from School After School. We have expanded our programs and we are now using two classrooms - thanks to Osoyoos Baptist Church for providing classroom space and a warm, safe environment. Welcome to our new group of teachers. Janice, Yasmin, Lucia, Elaine and Carmen are taking care of our elementary school students. Yasmin and Janice are also looking after our ESL classes. David, Yasmin and Carmen are responsible for our high school programming.
