Here Is Our Story: Osoyoos U-Brew is a customer oriented business that assists people in the production of assorted wines. This process requires minimal customer time (about 10 minutes) to start the batch of wine. All intermediate steps, including filtering, are done by the staff. The brewing process will take about four to six weeks, depending on the product.... After filtration, the customer will be contacted to come in and bottle the wine. This will take about 20 minutes, at which time you will have an excellent, high quality beverage ready to enjoy. The U-Brew has been in Osoyoos for 22 years, the last 20 of which have been owned and operated by Lew Taylor, a 48-year resident of Osoyoos. The Osoyoos U-Brew is proud to feature a full line of RJ Spagnols Wine-making products. Lew has won numerous awards, in multiple catagories competeting against about 5,000 contestants in many countries.
