Hip it! Some love for those hips. Please remember that if you feel the urge to pull away/pain you should not be doing these stretches or should not be so deep in it. Stretches should be a gentle enjoyable act. If you are holding your breath, clenching, grimacing and or inwardly screaming you are not doing anything good for yourself, pull back and re evaluate if this is for you. Do not start by going to your deepest stretch immediately, enjoy the journey and know that everyday the same stretch could feel different and or have a different effect for you

2 years ago I met this little guy. He changed my life, he inspired me to be better and to try harder at life all while smiling and being thankful. It's because of him I took extra studies in Pediatric Osteopathy. I never expected to be so deeply impacted by our interactions and the little time I got to spend with him is one of the most inspirational experiences I have had. I hope to meet him again one day to give thanks for the impact he had on me. Thank you little man
