So exterior work. Product used is an elastomeric paint from Cloverdale. The pro duct is made to be applied to brick or cement type products. It stay flexible through weather changes and every layer you put on bonds to itself and becomes one thick layer unlike typical paint finishes that each coat is a new layer. This product helps to reseal old porous stucco finishes which helps prevent water damage in the future.
