STUDIO UPDATE! As you may have heard, today the SK Government updated their guidelines for group fitness (thats us!). Effective Monday November 16 we will be reducing our class size from 15 to 8 AND we will be returning to our much loved 2G classes!! From the bottom of our hearts we want to say a huge THANK YOU to all of our amazing members. You have taken to changes in studio without missing a step and you make our jobs so so so much more enjoyable.
