Always pay attention to your FORM when working out. Without good form, you may not be working the proper muscles, OR you can risk injuring yourself. Areas such as your joints and back are the most common areas of injury due to improper form.
With everything the OTF community has overcome this past year, we've been thinking a lot about the good ol' days - when we could work out together in-studio with a coach leading the class and your workout crew, working out with you side-by-side! We miss the sweaty high-fives, the great convos that were always happening at the front desk, and of course seeing our members go all-out together! Hey #OTFVictoria! We have an important studio update to share with you! To comply with additional government restrictions, and provide our members with a safe space to work out, we’ll be implementing some changes. Our studios will temporarily be moving into an open gym concept starting tomorrow! For the time being, our coaches will be on-site however the workout will be self-guided. We cannot thank you enough for your constant support and patience during these trying times. For more details and information about Open Gym, please contact the studio and keep a lookout for more updates coming your way!

The third workout of Hell Week is coming tomorrow and we crawled into the depths to bring it to you. It’s a throwback from Hell Week 2019 do it at your studio and it will count as one of the 4 of 12 you have to complete to score your Hell Week tee. After the amount of legwork you’ll do in this one, your muscles will deserve a medal of honor. Be sure to register for Hell Week and mark these future workout dates: Oct. 20 and 24-31. Orangetheory Family, As the situation surrounding the pandemic evolves in our province, the British Columbia government has announced additional restrictions on fitness, recreation, and sport in an attempt to combat the growing cases of COVID-19. In an effort to continue to contribute to the health and wellness of our community we have decided to cancel classes as of November 20th. We started Hell Week early this year and tomorrow’s workout is a rager. Head to your studio to complete it and it will count toward the 4 of 12 workouts you need to finish to grab a Hell Week tee. You’ll hit the treads for distance runs, with decreasing time for recoveries. It might make you shake, but we know you can do it. Hey #OTFVictoria! We wanted to let you know that this Saturday, October 10th the class schedule from Oct 24th to Nov 15th will be released! You'll have plenty of time to book your #SweatSesh at the studio well in advance! The current schedule that is posted goes until October 23rd.
Hey #OTFVictoria We have an awesome update about new classes at our location! Starting October 13th we have added the following to our classes to our schedule: Monday to Friday 1pm - 60 minute... Tuesday and Thursday 3pm - 60 minute Friday 6:45 - 60 minute Sunday 1pm - 60 minute Each 60 min class will be 3G. This is a total of 162 new spaces per week that can be filled up and available for you to SWEAT!
