NOT theatre, but local actors take note! Clock Tower Images is looking for a variety of actors of all different backgrounds to play the following roles: Teacher...s who host intro videos for educational units. The actors should appear to be between the ages of 25 and 40. The goal of these intro videos is to provide contemporary context to the information the students will learn in the units, and we would like the group of actors hosting to be as diverse as possible. BIPOC actors and actors with disabilities are encouraged to apply. Clock Tower Images has been producing short videos in Victoria for more than 20 years. Most of our videos are produced under contract to educational publishers, who sell their products to K-12 schools across North America. This project is non-union. These are likely to become recurring roles, with about 3-5 shoots this year, and probably more in the future, so long term availability is necessary. We pay $325 for a half-day shoot, or $100 per hour in half hour increments (minimum one hour) for shorter duration shoots. Zoom auditions are being scheduled now. Filming is expected to begin early-May 2021. We will be following all COVID-19 health and safety protocols and precautions.
