We have lost of great friend and long time member of Otonabee Squares. Lynda Hainer lost her battle with cancer and died yesterday February 22. We extend our sincere condolences to all her friends and family.

Good news! Some virtual dancing for basic and mainstream dancers. Thursday, September 17 from 7-8pm Don Moger will be doing an intro session . Log into - https://us02web.zoom.us/j/3624836102 Don has adapted the choreography so the calls are aimed at two couple dancing. Both couples are heads. If you can get four people together to do this, you will find it easier. However most people are doing it as a single or a couple. Even it you don't want to dance it is a great way to listen to calls and see if you can figure out what you are supposed to do. It connects you with all the other dancers who sign in to the virtual dance. You may even see your friends dancing! Sign in and say "hi" to Don and Avena.

Hi to all our dancers! It has been a long time since we were last dancing but there is a way you can keep up with your moves. There are many callers doing "virtual dancing" on Zoom. Unfortunately it is not basic level dancing but mainstream and up. If you want more information, please email [email protected] and I will send you the information.
