We're making our own garlic and herb seasoned Porchetta and we're slicing it up into a panini bun with pickled fennel. We can't wait for you to try it! Our Gelato expert is making Maple Bacon flavoured gelato. We're calling it a party! It will be a great way to kick start Father's Day weekend. Can't wait to see you.

Blue veining in traditional cheddar, while not necessarily a crowd pleaser, is definitely edible and also quite often is sought after by cheese fans for the unique flavours the natural moulds add to the cheese. (I tried a piece, I’m still alive and thriving! ) Also good to know, most mould on cheese is not normally a danger to health because moulds present in cheese do not produce the same mycotoxins that they can produce in other foods. It’s worth a taste! This Avonlea cheddar from the beauteous shores of PEI is such a well made old world cheese! #trysomethingnew

What a year! We’ve weathered the ups and downs and tried to make the right decisions. When we did our cheese orders back in sept/oct things looked different, we were still gathering and at Thanksgiving you ate a lot of cheese! I may have ordered too much cheese for the upcoming holidays and I definitely ordered too much Brie de Meaux. This price is a steal, it’s still young and ripening!
